Reiki Refresher Session 11th May 2024

An opportunity for you to reconnect with your Reiki in a nurturing and relaxed atmosphere. For those who have attained Reiki 1 or Reiki 2 levels and would like to enhance or re-establish their connection with the Reiki energy. Strengthening our connection to the Reiki energies is more important now than ever to keep us balanced, healthy and happy.

These sessions are for you particularly if you haven’t been using your Reiki for a while. Each session is designed reignite your interest in using and sharing your Reiki.

The following points provide a summary of the content of the sessions. The finer detail for each session will be slightly different.

• You will receive a Reju Empowerment (akin to what Mikao Usui gave his students), to help strengthen your connection to the Reiki energy. 

• I will lead a guided Reiki meditation and/or exercise, similar to what I teach on my Reiki courses.

• You will have the opportunity to practise various Reiki techniques in a relaxed and supportive environment.

• You will receive as well as share Reiki with others. 

• This is the ideal environment to connect other ‘like minded’ people who have trained in Reiki.

• And finally, these sessions are designed for you to enjoy a bit of “me time”.
