About the Workshop
This is a useful introduction if you are thinking of attending an eight-week course.
This session is an introduction to Mindfulness meditation practise, and no prior experience is necessary.
During the session you will be introduced to the concept of Mindfulness and be able to participate in one or two Mindfulness meditations.
I will give an overview of how you can introduce Mindfulness into your daily routine, and there will also be plenty of opportunity for questions.
