About the Course

The eight-week course is an excellent way to integrate Mindfulness into your daily life. During the sessions, you will learn various meditations, which can become a regular part of your daily routine. The course consists of eight weekly 2-hour sessions and one full day of Mindfulness meditation.

The course is based on the Mindfulness Stress Reduction (MBSR) course developed in Massachusetts by Jon Kabat-Zinn and the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programme (MBCT) developed by Williams, Teasdale and Segal in the UK. 

Scientific research has shown that taking an eight-week course in mindfulness can measurably reduce your stress levels, improve your immune system and increase your body's capacity for self-healing.

During the eight-week course each participant is given plenty of opportunity to explore and reflect upon their experience. The course is suitable for complete beginners, however those with previous meditation experience will also benefit. 

Cost of the course includes 8 x 2 hours evening sessions, a day retreat session, workbook and CDs.

Course Duration

Workshop start at 6pm and finishes at 8pm on Thursday evenings with the retreat day on a Sunday. More information on the date, time and location when the next course is confirmed.
