Mindfulness

Mindfulness can provide relief from the symptoms of stress. 

Mindfulness is about living in the moment.  This is easy to say and can be challenging to achieve.

 Even when we think we are living in the now, our mind can be "off somewhere else", thinking about what happened yesterday or what may or may not occur tomorrow.

Mindfulness practise is not new, it has been around for thousands of years.  What is new is the MBSR/MBCT approach which has encompassed the key principles and practises of Mindfulness and packaged it in a scientifically proven way which has helped to heal many people with cronic stress, pain and related illnesses.

I have trained with the University of Bangor to teach the Eight Week Mindfulness Course.
